Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SaaSalyst ("the Service"), operated by Solvidity LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SaaSalyst is a web-based analysis tool that scans publicly accessible web pages and generates business readiness reports. The Service evaluates publicly visible signals across categories including compliance, SEO, security, accessibility, and AI readiness.

SaaSalyst provides informational analysis only. Reports indicate whether certain signals were detected or not detected on publicly accessible pages. The Service does not provide legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice.

The Service is intended for individuals 16 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Some features of the Service require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan URLs you are not authorized to analyze
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service beyond its intended use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell reports or scan data without our prior written consent
• Misrepresent SaaSalyst reports as legal, financial, or compliance certifications

By purchasing a report, you represent that you are authorized to request analysis of the subject website, or that you accept full responsibility for your use of the report. SaaSalyst provides informational analysis only and bears no liability for how purchased reports are used.

5(b) Third-Party Site Reports.

If you purchase a report for a website you do not own or control, you accept full responsibility for how you use the report's findings and recommendations. SaaSalyst makes no representation about your relationship to or authority over third-party sites. Reports are informational analysis only and do not constitute authorization to make changes to sites you do not own.

The Service analyzes only publicly accessible web pages. SaaSalyst does not access password-protected areas, private APIs, databases, source code, or any non-public information. Scan results reflect publicly visible signals at the time of the scan and may change as the scanned website is updated.

SaaSalyst temporarily processes publicly accessible HTML content for analysis purposes. Images and embedded media are stripped and not retained. Raw HTML content (excluding images) may be retained for up to 90 days to support service quality, debugging, and scoring calibration, after which it is automatically deleted. Structured scan results (detection signals, scores, and analysis) are retained for the duration of your account.

Certain features of the Service, including Full Reports, require payment. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

The Service, including its design, code, scoring methodology, report formats, and content, is the intellectual property of Solvidity LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

Reports generated for your purchased scans are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may share individual reports within your organization but may not resell or redistribute them commercially.

We may use aggregated, de-identified data derived from scans to improve the Service, develop benchmarks, and publish industry insights. Aggregated data cannot be used to identify any individual user or specific website. By using the Service, you consent to this use of aggregated data.

SaaSalyst uses third-party artificial intelligence services to assist in generating analysis and recommendations in paid reports. AI-generated content may be reviewed or supplemented by human analysis. Scanner checks are deterministic code, not AI-generated. SaaSalyst does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SaaSalyst reports indicate whether certain signals were detected or not detected on publicly accessible pages. Results do not constitute a certification, audit, or guarantee of compliance with any law, regulation, or standard.

SaaSalyst checks for the presence or absence of AI transparency indicators. This is not a legal determination of EU AI Act compliance.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scan results. Websites change frequently, and results reflect a point-in-time analysis.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLVIDITY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solvidity LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid amounts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may proceed under the governing law provisions below.

Solvidity LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, internet or infrastructure outages, or third-party service provider failures.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
